Terms of Service

Last updated October 1, 2026

TL;DR / The short version
  • Your diagrams and prompts are yours. We don't train AI on them.
  • AI results can be wrong: review them before you rely on them.
  • Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel; used AI credits aren't refundable.
  • One person per account, no multi-account credit farming, no attacking or scraping the service.
  • Indian law applies; talk to us first if something goes wrong.

The full text below is what applies; the summary is a guide.

01Who we are and this agreement

Archreactor (“we”, “us”) is operated by registered business name, registered address. These terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of the Archreactor website, apps and services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refunds, Cancellations & Delivery policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you can agree on its behalf, and “you” includes it.

02Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Creating several accounts to get more free credits, or to claim an offer more than once, isn't allowed.
  • Tell us straight away at support@archreactor.app if you think your account has been used without permission.

03Plans, AI credits and payment

  • Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, renew automatically until cancelled, and are charged in the currency shown at checkout plus applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
  • AI credits are a usage allowance, not money: they reset each period, don't carry over, can't be transferred and have no cash value. An AI request that fails or that we can't complete doesn't use a credit.
  • We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which apply from your next renewal after that.
  • Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refunds, Cancellations & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • If a payment fails, we may move the account to the Free plan until it's settled.

04Your content

Your diagrams, prompts, descriptions, walkthroughs and exports (“your content”) are yours. You give us a limited permission to store, process, display and transmit your content only to run the Service for you: for example to draw your diagram, show it to people you share it with, create exports, and send prompts and diagram context to the AI providers that generate results (listed in the Privacy Policy).

We don't use your content to train AI models, and we only use AI providers whose terms don't allow them to train on it. You're responsible for having the right to use what you put into the Service, and for not putting in information you aren't allowed to share (for example other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or secrets you're bound to keep).

05AI-generated results

  • Diagrams, labels and walkthrough captions made by AI can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially for security, compliance or production decisions.
  • AI results for different users can be similar; you don't get exclusive rights in generic output.
  • You may use the results you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercially, subject to these terms.

06Sharing

A public link to a diagram can be opened by anyone who has it, without signing in. Share links only with people who should see the diagram; you can stop sharing at any time. Diagrams and exports on the Free plan may carry a “Made with Archreactor” mark.

07Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights, or store or share unlawful, harmful or deceptive content;
  • upload malware, probe or attack our systems or other users, or get around usage limits, credits, plan restrictions or security measures;
  • access the Service by automated means other than the interfaces we provide, or overload it;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it or its output to build a competing product or to train AI models;
  • misrepresent who you are or your connection with anyone.

We may remove content or limit access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

08Our service and intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and the Archreactor name and logo belong to us and our licensors; these terms don't transfer them to you. Third-party product names and logos shown in diagrams belong to their owners and are used to identify those products.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

09Changes to the Service

We improve the Service all the time, so features change. Features marked “coming soon” or “beta” aren't promised until they ship. If we remove a substantial feature of a paid plan you're subscribed to, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel and ask for a proportional refund of the remaining period.

10Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time (write to support@archreactor.app). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or others at risk, or where the law requires it; where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue and export your diagrams.

After an account is closed, your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it's provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims by others caused by your content or by your breach of these terms.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue; if we can't within 30 days, the courts at city, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have under consumer law to bring a claim where you live.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service before they apply; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. The date at the top shows the latest version.

14Contact and grievances

Questions: support@archreactor.app. Grievance Officer: name, grievance@archreactor.app. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
