What's an AI credit?
One AI request: generating a diagram, or one chat edit to it. A very large generated diagram (roughly 25+ components) uses 2, and a long, detailed spec that needs our most capable model uses 3. If the AI fails or is busy, nothing is charged.
Do diagrams count against anything?
No. Diagrams you draw or edit by hand are unlimited on every plan, forever. Credits are only for AI requests.
When do paid plans start?
Soon. While we finish setting up payments the whole product is in a free beta, with the Free plan's limits. Use Notify me on a plan and we'll email you once, when it opens.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. See the refunds policy for the details.
What does "coming soon" mean on a plan?
It's on our roadmap but not built yet. We list it so you know where each plan is heading; you're only ever paying for what exists today.
